Temporary suspension of services

All restaurants, bar and supermarket services are guaranteed. We cannot guarantee the opening of each shop and/or attractions.

Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

The reception is open every day from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in off season and from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in high season (July and August).

Check-in for all accommodations from 4:00 pm, from 3:00 pm for pitches.

Check-out for all accommodations and pitches by 11:00 am.

In case of late check-out, payment is required the evening before departure. In case of arrival outside the opening hours, the security staff will be at your disposal for check-in.


Online Check-in

The Online Check-in service is active! It will allow you to speed up your entry into the structure and start your holiday immediately! To check in online before your arrival, follow the guided procedure at this link. You will receive a Check-in confirmation. Give it to our reception staff with an identity document!

If Online Check-in is not possible, registration will take place at the facility. So valid identity documents are required for each person. Please show your identity card at check-in, and if you're a non-EU citizen then please show your passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the relevant documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Rental supplements

At the reception, you can rent:
• additional sets of towels (4 €)
• bed linen (€4 for the single bed and €8 for the double bed)


Water park opening dates

The swimming pools are open every day.

Low season hours (20/05 - 30/06 | 01/09 - 19/09): 10:00 - 18:00

High season opening hours (01/07 - 31/08): 09:00 - 19:00

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests.


Entertainment

Entertainment activities are available every day in the village from 20 May to 18 September.

Pet friendly

Four-legged friends are allowed in some types of accommodation.

In case of presence of an animal, it is compulsory for all accommodation to pay the final cleaning fee of €60. For the pitches, animal access does not entail any charge.


Facilities for the disabled

For people with motor disabilities, there are 5 accommodations with easy access and disabled bathrooms.

Guaranteed coverage in public areas.


Sport facilities and play areas

Inside the village, you'll find a beach volleyball court, a multi-activity field, ping pong tables, an indoor playground and three outdoor playgrounds. The water park is also equipped with slides and games for the little ones.


Infopoint timetables and activities

The Infopoint is open every day in peak season, morning and afternoon

• Sale of stamps
• Bike rental
• Tour booking
• SUP rental


Restaurant openings

Inside the village, there is a restaurant with Italian specialities, a takeaway and ice cream service and a pool bar.

Cleaning in the accommodations

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price for Human Company guests.
Extra cleaning during the stay is on request at a cost of € 25.00
If pets stay at the accommodation, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 60.00 is required.

There is a barbecue area inside the village.
